Hi,

I'm planning to join my kid @ Budding Minds Bashyam Nagar for pre-school. I wanted to know the feedback about this school. The fees is quite high when compared to other private playschools. However I wanted to know before I take admission in this school. Any feedbacks would help. Thank you.

Hi My daughter moves to pre kg this year in BM. It's a very good school. She has learnt a lot of things. Lot of parental involvement is required. They give lots of assignments and projects for kids which would actually be done by parents. It gives you quality time to spend with kids. Kids will start speaking good English. They value books a lot. We have a separate library for her at home. Kids learn everything practically. Kids will get everything they want.

Think twice before putting your child........the husband and wife duo just boasts too much about themselves when we went last year to admit our daughter.......the fees is astonishingly high for the infrastructure and the quality of teachers......of course the lady who does the introduction and does the admissions is very good.......after that ?????? so do not fall prey to the false promises......they expect parents to do most of the training.......Library ....English......is all a hype.....all schools around the corner do that.......Even Jolly phonics is being implemented in most schools ...... so nothing extraordinary....they are more money minded which they try to cover up with tall claims !!

I'm in dilemma whether to get admission for my child in the Budding Minds for PP1. Because their fees is too high almost 2 Lakhs. Also it's moved to Manimangalam. Daily my child has to go long distance. Is it worth to join this school?
Or else please suggest good schools around chrompet. I have option of GGN school and Jordan School. Please post suggestion about these schools too. @Probcert

2L is simply unjustified......moreover better to avoid travel at such a tender age.....possibility of early burn out......

some good schools around the area:
SSM Chrompet
Olive Public school Chitlapakkam
Jordan international Chrompet
Vivekananda Chrompet
zion Tambaram

All the best!

Hi Would like to mention a few points here. There are lot of good things about the school. 1.Individual attention. My kids class teacher can instantly tell what was her lunch a week back. Her likes and dislikes. 2. She in UKG(PP2) now. My kid can read and write independently!! We have a home library and we read 2 book a day. Thats a only thing they expect from a parent. 3. The first time admission fees is around 2 Lakhs but a school like that really needs. 3. Student teacher ratio is 1:21 and a helper is also there. 4. The knowledge through books that we share and teachers at this school take your kid to the next level. 5. The mentioned school in this vicinity gives nothing but homeworks and stress. In SSM parents are not treated well. 6. They develop very good communication skills and the duo ofcourse they boast but they are doing a lot for the kids. Budding minds kids always stand apart from other school kids with their knowledge and behaviour. They teach kids good values and habits that they follow all those at home as well. They have given children a very happy and a knowledgeable atmosphere. Am a happy parent of BM family. There are of course few negatives as well 1.distance - they will travel for half an hoir max. The buses are plying like that. 2. Since its a developing school there are few amenities missing. We as a parent and co parents are totally convinced about the way of teaching and all other aspects

Regarding Budding minds, how is the teaching methodology in the higher class? Are the teachers trained enough for higher class?

Megh123 2019-12-14 14:53:27

Hi,I visited BMIS (budding minds)today. Teachers are very friendly and overall atmosphere is pleasant. They give a detailed idea about school and teaching methodology. Fees is high (1.8 L including 50K refundable deposit and excluding uniform, books and transport) which is fine as curriculum is different i.e IGCSC But only thing I disliked is school infrastructure.Even the road to the school is in a bad condition and infrastructure is not great for the fees they get from each kid. I know my friend€™s kid studying here and they have given me awesome positive reviews about school. Transport fee is arnd 9k monthly is what i heard to Chrompet. So consider all this factors and decide accordingly. Best of luck parents !! Ÿ˜Š
