Hi All,

Can someone please let me know when the admission process starts for pre-kg in PSBB Siruseri for 2014-15? Please throw some light on selection process and feedback about the school.

Nov 29th 2013 Onwards PSBB Siruseri They are issuing Applications For Academic Year 2014-2015 Pre KG .

Do you know why they do not allow admissions for 1st std ? only pre.kg is allowed ?

any idea on what has to be expected for the interaction session for pre kg admission? we r planning to put my son who is sept 2011 born. he hasn't really started talking sentences which is making me feel more tensed about the interaction.

Hi all,

I got the PSBB application form on 30th for Pre-KG.They told me to submit filled form by Dec11th.Any idea when school will publish the list of selected candidates?.Last week i went to gateway school and they given interview call for next week.I am in a confusion whether to wait for PSBB siruseri or to join Gateway. Since my kid didnot get admission in PSBB in DLF, i am little scared.Is it worth waiting?Please let me know about the fee structure in PSBB Siruseri.

Hi Litto , When you got the application form for Gateway ? Last week I went there , they said the forms were over by that time and they will issue the fresh forms by 3/Nov.

we attended interaction in gateway last Saturday. They gave my son admission. We r yet to decide. We have got admission form from psbb too. But that may easily take a month to get the interaction call itself. So we r also in the same boat not able to decide. We stay in L&T so considering the distance we prefer psbb. What have u decided and where do u stay?

Hi all , anyone attended the screening/test at Gateway, Padur on 7/Dec? Kindly add information on the schedule and type of tests being conducted. What questions they asked during interview ? Whether they asked to deposit the money on the same day ? Are they calling for another tests in the coming days ( I heard that they will call for another round after 7 days) .

Hi Aaravgokul,

I have not submitted Gateway form yet.I stay in Navalur.I have given application in BVM and PSBB siruseri.Fees in those schools are less compared to Gateway.I am planning to wait till the result of these schools come out.

Hello parents....my son did nt get selected in both BVM global as well as PSBB millenium..PREKG I stay in navalur..
We lost hopes on pSBB siruseri also...Can youplease suggest me other options...
I am not sure on what basis all these selections are happening......we are so worried on what to do..

Hi Vihaanmum , Do not get worried . I suggest to prepare your kid well for PSBB siruseri, it seems they check few stuff like 'well manners' , 'identification of objects/fruits/animals' , 'rhyms' etc . Since you are staying near Navalur you can also check i if Hiranandani , Gateway and HLC are still issuing the forms. You can even try for Sushil hari.

Hi navjyo..Thank you for the note..My worry is his name is not there int he initial shortlisted list and not even once it has gone tillt he interview level..so my worry is the same would happen for PSBB siruseri also.We live in navalur opp AGS..My son says all the veggies fruits names,shapes and colors and tells his name...Good morn///Bye ..hi...so i guess..he'll make it..provided his name is shortlisted...:(...

Do you think psbb will give admission if the kids are not really speaking sentences?? my son has lots of words, he can identify most of the fruits,animals, letters and numbers.. and rhymes he can sing along but with less proper words.. he is 2yr3mon.. some kids at the same age speak very nicely. so im bit worried whether waiting for psbb will be apt or not..

Hi Vihaanmum , I am not sure the criteria for shortlisting for intrview, probably others can share if they have this information. You can also check with the school. I think schools like PSBB also check parent's profession, distance from school and other information provided in the application form. It is just my thought.

Hi Aaravgokul , we also need to look other aspects apart from the 'skills' of the kid alone as I mentioned above. But since it is pre-kg, I believe he should be shortlisted for interview. Just make sure yourself and your are rightly highlighted in the application form :)

i have no clue..how this shortlisting happens..I feel first is alumni then siblings and L n T owners n residents and then the distance....and ofcourse recommendations n quotas which is always there.............

I called them today and they said..theyll release the selected list only in Jan....mid.

Hi Aarav gokul. 2 yrs 3 mnths...some children speak really well..My son doesnt speak sentences...Hes just joining sentences and start to talk short lines...every child is different...and they cant expect children to talk well at the age of 2...im sure they l reject only if they feel that the child is abs not ready for school...

Yes Vinaanmum every child is different so that wont be the only criteria. but getting an admission has become the biggest worry.they will publish the shortlist in the mid of jan,so whn is the expected date for interactions?? whn we got the admission forms tht time itself many weren't given the forms considering them too far from the school. so the first level of filter is already done.
