Have any of you got admissions for your kids at Harvest International School, Sarjapur Road?

subhapunati 2011-03-01 11:56:55

Iam planning to get the admissions over there. As my child is in M3 now in Cherubs montessori school run by the same management.

I have a positive feedback about their montessori school and hope they will maintain the same with harvest international school also.

Have you got any info about the school?

Sandhyaabhilash 2011-03-01 12:05:11

Have got the admission in the same school for KG1. School campus is still under construction but it looks good. They have plans for good infrastucture.

subhapunati 2011-03-01 12:09:17

sandhya,

How much fees you paid for KG1? Yes, construction is under progress. And according to management it was supposed to complete by April End.

Sandhyaabhilash 2011-03-01 12:12:18

Can you give your comments about Cherubs Montessori. I am considering sending my child there for M1

subhapunati 2011-08-24 11:23:50

radsviv

My son finished his montessori from Cherubs Montessori. School is very good. Teachers are approachable and cooperative. They pay attention on individual kids. And i liked the way they take care of kids.

Thanks very much Subha. That really helps!

How is the main school? How are the teachers and the teaching methodology etc.,  Does anyone have any idea about that? Since its a new school, there are not many reviews on the net.

subhapunati 2011-08-25 10:37:55

Radsviv,

My son is in 1st grade now, going to main school. There also i found the same about teachers and management. Iam getting weekly updates on the happenings of the class room and thru PTM also iam getting correct feed back.. Overall i felt the school is good and am seeing improvement in my son..

radsviv 2011-08-25 11:52:42

Subha, thanks again. It feels really good to get first hand info from a parent :)

Hope the school continues with the good work.

Hii,

Even my daughter is studying in the same School. She is in Mont 2(LKG). Even I am happy abt the management & Teaching. She is also very happy to go to school everyday.

radsviv 2011-08-25 21:12:39

Sandhya/Subha, do you know the difference between the Harvest-Cherubs in HSR and the main school? I know there is a slightly different fee structure, but children who complete Montessori in Cherubs can directly join Harvest main school is it?

Sandhyaabhilash 2011-08-26 10:12:00

Hi Radsviv

@ HSR its just Nursery & Mont 1 & 2. Main School has both Kindergarden & This year its till Class 5. Since Building was not completed they have taken a very few students. I think the total strength of the schl this year is 60.

YES I think they will take directly to 1st Std once they complete @ Cherubs.

subhapunati 2011-08-26 11:21:11

Yes radsviv,

They will take students for completing montessori.. For more clarifications better contact the admin people for not have any gaps..

radsviv 2011-08-26 14:07:30

I am going to visit the main school tomorrow. Will let you guys know how it goes!

radsviv 2011-08-29 16:45:28

I really liked the infrastructure. The construction is not complete yet, but what is done so far is really good. The interaction with the school staff was also excellent. The only problem i found was the approach road, its really bumpy and a lot of it is just mud road.

The school has a fleet of new vans, but still the last 3 kms are going to be tough right?

How are your kids adjusting to the travel?

Sandhyaabhilash 2011-08-30 10:02:25

Dear Radsviv,

There are two roads which will lead to the school. Near Panchayat if u take right its really very horrible road, but if you take left its good raod. neatly tared & no bumps. I think yo had taken right.

Where have you put up?

radsviv 2011-08-30 11:21:31

Hi Sandhya, We took a right just before the railway track. It was a mud road...very bad one. After that there was another railway track... and we crossed that and went straight. For sometime the road is ok, again it becomes very bad. We live in Bellandur area, What abt you? Are you sending your child by school transport. If yes, can you tell me how it is?

Sandhyaabhilash 2011-08-30 13:47:23

Hi Radsviv, actually there is another road after Railway Gate. Near Kodathi You have to take right. That road is good & even School Transport takes the same route. I Live @ Dommasandra. School has good transportation facility.

Hi, I am looking for getting my kids admitted to harvest intl  sarjapur road for classes 2nd and LKG, . 'am new to bangalore and will be putting up somewhere on ORR. Would appreciate a feedback from parents. Is the school recognised by CBSE? What are the pluses and minuses? Where can I get more info on the management quality? I was very dissapointed with Greenwood High and Vibgyor when I prospected them.

Hi Thivya,

My kid also travel almost the same distance from other route. Transport facility is good , the driver or teacher in that route will call you to if ur late while dropping/picking up. Teaching and management is also good and teachers are always approachable.

Hi,

My son is doing his M2(LKG) in Cherubs. I'm very happy with the school. They are doing a very good job. And I'm very happy with my son's progress. Fee is nominal and the staff are very professional. would say a good school for parents who stay in HSR.

I've referred couple of my friends children to the same school and they are indeed very happy with the school.

Would like to know how is "HIS" ?

- Ram
