i am moving to banglaore by april this year. my son is 3 years and 2 months now. He is studying PRE kg in APPLE KIDS , velachery , chennai. I would be helpful for me if anybody give information about good CBSE scholls in Banglore. Area like old airport road, jaya nagar, koramangala.
For LKG,child sud b 4+ in june..many schools in ths area...jst check in PT itself...in school review section.
Thanks minny. I will check it. If you got any info pls let me know.
There are very few schools which will allow admission to LKG at 3 yr 6 months. I think presidency east at Kasturi Nagar might.
They have cut off Prep 1 (LKG) at 3 years 6 months as on 31st May 2011
hi,vagdevi school cbse in marathahalli also admits kids at 3.3 yrs for LKG.
We considered a few CBSE schools that are flexible on age:
- Vagdevi (Easy mentioned it above)
- PSBB, Bannerghatta road
- Jnana Sweekar, Kanakapura road
- Gear Innovative (Off Sarjapur road and Whitefield)
- Presidency South (Off Bannerghatta road)
- New Horizon Gurukul (Off Outer Ring Road)
Most of these were ready to give mid term admissions and were flexible on age. I wouldnt recommend New Horizon Gurukul for mid term admissions, they will ask for 1.5 lac (min) as donation.
Plus, a lot of new CBSE schools are coming all over bangalore such as DPS whitefield, Euro school, Chaitanya techno etc which are flexible on age.
Since old Airport road, Jaya nagar, and Koramangala are older areas, most of the schools in these areas are ICSE, and are strict with age cut off as 4+ for LKG. JP nagar has some more cbse schools such as Capitol Public school, Oxford school etc.
