NPS when will admission process be open?

Hi,
When is the admission process for NPS Indiranagar/HSR/Whitefield/Koramangala be open (from data from previous years)? Any idea about the approximate date range/month? Thanks

My mother visited the NPS Indiranagar office in August, they told that the process will start in October and asked to check the website.
