Hi all, anyone here looking forward to apply for grade 1 admissions on Jan 6?
Any idea what shall be asked for the interview and written tests?
Which school does your child go to at present?
Hey, thank you but the link says it's invalid though.
And congratulations for your kid's admission.
Hey, you can just copy that link and paste in a browser ..it opens and by the way did you apply....the portal is open to apply for class 1
Hey yes, I just submitted at 10:01 am now.
The last time we applied for LKG, we got rejected after the interview.
Hi, submitted the form. I guess within tomorrow will receive ack.
Hi, even I have submitted the application form today for grade 1 .. No idea on next process.. Can anyone please tell what's the next process
Hi, which branch and syllabus have you opted for? The process shall be , you€™ll be notified if you€™re called for the interaction/test, thereafter selected /rejected.
Hi Deepti, which branch and syllabus have you opted for?
Opted for CBSE Mallasandra
@blueberries....was there a test for class1 and what questions are expected in interview.
Status changed to acknowledged
After that it goes to accepted if all looks good and rejected if something goes wrong and later if accepted changes to called for interview.
this should be short not like prenursery where they take more time ....you tried in LKG or prenursery? n ur name
No I had not tried for prenursery or LKG...
Are there any test for Grade 1st ?
Yes written test for kids
Hi all, we are trying for our daughter as well. submitted on saturday and status is acknowledged. waiting for updates
Yes, for LKG also there was an informal test where the child was asked numbers, alphabets to write, picture completion.
So definitely there shall be a test for grade 1, and I assume the syllabus shall be what our children have learnt in the current year ( senior Montessori / UKG)
The LKG application process lasted for a month and 13 days from submission of application to Final selected / rejected status.
for prenursery - we started in August and end result was in Mid Nov :-)
@raggy, that's exhaustive! But worth it if you get through.
@blueberries.....yeah...go through though they did 50 interactions everyday for 15 days ...and the parent tree page for this year prenurs for Kumarans broke all previous year records by crossing maximum pages
@blueberries, what makes it so worth. would like to understand. we have applied for my daughter but she has separation anxiety and am not even sure she will sit there for test without me. isn't it too much for 5-6 year olds
