NHPS LKG Admissions 2012-2013

Hi CutieMom,

Did you attended interaction on 2nd Nov at NHPS. If so then how was the interaction? What questions were asked to both kid and parents?

Our interaction is on 7th Nov.

Yes, we had our interaction yday. Initally the child was taken separately. was asked to identify the animals, colors, was given 2 puzzles to solve and asked her to pick a balloon of her choice..

In the interaction with the madam, the kid was asked to tell a rhyme and asked the colour of the balloon. We were asked to tell few lines abt ourselves.. Not much questions for the parents. They told they will intimate in couple of days.

we got a call from the admission officer yday. Told us that our kid got selected. Asked us to come on sat for further discussion.

Are you a working mom or non-working mom? Coz I have heard that NHPS prefers for non working moms? Is it true?

Did your kid answered all questions that was posed to him?

My son is doing his Nursery in NHPS. What you heard is not True. Most of the mom's in my Son's class are Working Mom's.

I am very Happy with the School and the Teachers.They are very caring. My Son has improved his Vocabulary a Lot. Being Just 4 months with the School till now he has improved a lot in  in Colouring, Rhymes, Story telling  and Few Montessori Activities. Only from this term they would start with patterns.

So Far So Good.

Iam a working mom. My kid answered all the questions that was asked to her.

My kid was given some beads n thread and was asked to put the colour beads in the thread and tie them. The other puzzle, she told me she used to play in her montessori school everyday, and she solved it.. I was not able to understand the puzzle exactly.

The fee structure for LKG admission is as follows;

Initially  -- 89,900 (to be paid in 2 days)

first term- 15,000 - to be paid on aug 2012

second term - 15,000 - to be paid on dec 2012.

the first term fees(89,900) shd be paid in either DD or cash, cheque is not accepted. We paid the money on sat itself.. though we were given time till tuesday.

We had interaction yesterday. They took my kid alone and she was asked to identify animals, fruits and  vegetables. Asked her to tell a rhyme. Then they asked her to write on paper...not sure what was asked to write...but my kid said she wrote A and B. And was asked to color an apple. No puzzle was given to her.

The principal asked her name and to tell a rhyme.For us just what r u doing.

They told they will initmate us in 1 or 2 days.

Interaction was for LKG. I guess for nursery also same kind of questions except for writing. They may just ask to scribble something on paper fornursery...to see the motor skills of the kid.

We got a call from NHPS yesterday. My kid got selected. My better half finished the admission process today.

we appeared for NURSERY interview on 8 Nov'11, and we got a call just now and asked to meet tomorrow for completing admission formalities. Thanks for all of you for supporting interms of information and moral support.

I called up NHPS and got to know that they have put my son on waiting list..

They asked me to contact the admission officer and gave her number. The lady has asked me to come and meet her on friday with my child..

So..Let me wait and see if they are asking for extra money or how they proceed!

is this discussin about the NPS HSR layout..?

Can anybody know, what is the difference in NHPS and NHG..? 

As i know NHG is CBSE and NHPS ICSE. Other than this is there any diffrence in quality of teaching  they provide in both institution..?

why most of the people prefer NHG..?
