I have a son born in April 2009, so m looking for admissions in nursery for 2012.

My son is january 2009 born and I am also looking for admission in 2012-13.

I inquired euro school near ITPL where they told that they take admission for UKG and for that we need to wait for one more year.

I called Vaag Devi Vilas and they told admission will start from first week of september. At that time we need to call. In this school the age criteria for LKG is 3.3 yrs so my son would be eligible for LKG next year in thois school

@Rashmi , thanks .. do you have a good review on euro school ? even i was planning  for next year.. i heard is a startup school and infrastructure is not yet complete.. is that true?

I am thinking of DPS whitefield...do you have any idea abt the infrastructure and when the admission forms will be available??

Regarding Euro School, even i heard it is a startup school like DPS whitefield...and it starts from LKG only...

Wat abt DPS East?? when do they start giving forms?

What is the Age Criteria in Bangalore for admission to LKG? My son is August 2008 born, will he be eligible for LKG 2012-2013 session? Through the different discussion forum of previous years, I have noticed that  there are different age criterias mentioned by different schools in Bangalore.

As for my knowledge.. the age criteria depends on the school.. especially for children born from August - January..

its better to check with schools during admission form issue weather for nursery or LKG.

some schools i enquired.. it was nursery and some were LKG/mont 1 eligible..(my child is oct 2008).. so better be prepared for a repeat of nursery if you are particular on school!

Even m considering DPS, vaagdevi villas heard some good reviews about the same.

I heard good reviews about NPS, new horizon, FAPS, shishugriha.

I called up NPS they said forms will be given somewhere btw Sep end and Oct 1st week. They said to call again in Sep to confirm on the dates.

Does anyone know when they start in other schools for 2012 admission.

I heard most places LKG criteria is 4 yrs by june 2012. Is it correct ?

My daughter is Feb 2009 born. Even I am looking for nursery admissions in 2012.  Right now she is going to a play school  nearby home. We stay near Hoodi circle, Whitefield.

I have thought of putting up in a montesssori school near Hope Farm. From LKG, I willl look for other big schools like Deen's Academy, whitefield, DPS, whitefield.

Dear All...Our admission details will vary as per our requirements...for instant parents living in northblr ll prefer to hve details abt good schools located near there areas & same goes for parents staying in south blr..also whethr v want our kids to go to state board, CBSE or IB etc.,..

So request all to put details as n how thy r inquiring abt 2012-2013 admissions in diff schools n area.

My son is Dec2008 born n v stay @HBR layout. So we are starting our inquiries next week onwards mostly in foll schools:

W'll finalising after knowing exact system of education n also if fees fit our budget .

             my son is also sep born iam also looking for UKG admission but it seems to be hard to get the seat for UKG.when i see all the sites i could find all are asking for 5 yrs completion in the yr 2012 for UKG so i think we have to apply for LKG only.

Yes, u are correct, NCFE is good but reviews from parents are not so encouraging.

Currently my son goes to FUTURE KIDS, Indiranagar ..... Any idea about Admission forms of NHPS, VAGDEVI  and any idea about the criteria ?

yes your daughter will be aligible for 2012 - 13 session. Pls understand that critieria is that your child should be 2 year, 10 months old on 1st June 2012.

For your info, for CBSE, you can look for New Horizon Gurukul, Marathalli which is comparatively easy to get in. Forms will be out somewhere in Oct'11, so get ready for collecting forms.

u r right abt us sharing info abt schools area wise as it makes our job easier....well i'm presently in mumbai,planning to shift to north bangalore next year......hence looking for admissions for my 5yr old in schools around that place.....would be grateful if you could post the required info abt the schools that u have mentioned in ur previous post.....do you have any idea abt VNA?...have heard that its changing its name to LEGACY from this year.....

Yes for New Horizon Marathali many people told me its good.

What about shishu grah and NCEF? well i will collect form for so many schools (if possible) but we are more interested for near by to Indira Nagar.
