Hi Siree,

I am also looking for Air Force Murugeshpalaya. Got very few reviews on this school. But read somewhere that for LKg the kid's age should 3+ on march. Not very sure.

Application for admissions starts somewhere in january. If you get to know more about this school please let me know.

Thanks

Rashmi

Siree,

They do give admission to kids of civilian/non-govt parents. Fee structure keeps changing, so better to talk to the school directly. Take an appointment and talk to the principal. Very good and easily approachable.

Satya,

Thanks a lot for the information.

Are they very strict about the age criteria as my son will be 20 days short in completing 3 yrs on March 31st, the criteria mentioned in their website.

Shivika.

Thanks you so much for the information provided .

Hi Shivika,

My son will be 8 days short for the March 31st cut off. Did you manage to get any information about how stringent they are about the age criteria? Also I am kind of divided..I have read a couple of posts that say the child has to be around 4 before we can put them in LKG. What do you think?

Hello Parents,

I am also looking for my son admission for LKG in 2012-13.

Any idea, when they can start admission process.

Also what is the percentage that they give non civilian admissions?

I stay at Brookfield Kundanhalli. Other schools in this area WGS, VVS, Deens etc are started giving forms.

I heard that AirForce school is good on academic front. Is it true? Any reviews / comments?

Thanks!

Mugdha

Hi vasavi,

Thanks for reply. I will try for my son in LKG admission for 2012-13. If I get the admission through civilian category (other than airforce working parents), it will be really great.

Can you please tell me, how is your experience with the school? How many divisions to LKG? How is Student to teacher ratio? Are they give any peronal attention? overall your feedback? Are you happy with the school?

As early years of child are very much important from overall development point of view.

Thanks!
Mugdha

Hi Mugdha,

Sorry, I mentioned my kid got seat under non-civilian quota, but he luckily got under civilian quota only.

School wise it is too discipline and good also. There is no chance to chit-chat with teachers .only in specified timings only we go and talk with them. Not much personal attention is there.treating all kids as same.If kids can adjust with teacher it's ok.

LKG is divided in to 3 divisions. Each division has approximately 25 students.one teacher and one aayah in each division. I'm satisfied and feels happy with this school.   And also one more thing is for Independence day celebration they are inviting parents also for Flag hosting. But some private schools are atleast not celebrating independence day ,simply they are giving holiday  that day.So it's really great to put our kids in this school, atleast kids get patriotism.

Hi Satya,

I am very interested in this school.

What kind of interview process did you go through?

How do we come to know that applications are available for admission?

How difficult will it be for a civilian to get through.

Thanks,

Arathi
