Milk for Autistic children:

1. Animal milk: camel milk is best for autistic children, among all type of milks including plant milks.

2. Plant milk: In plant milks, best is hemp seed ('sun' in hindi) milk is the best. Hemp seed should be hulled (without 'chhilaka' or outer cover). Next is almond milk. Then comes coconut milk. Dabur made coconut milk (brand name 'Homemade') is available in superstores in 200 ml terapack . Coconut milk powder is also availabel in superstores, but the taste of coconut milk is not good and it is costly too (Rs. 50 for 200 ml pack).

Thanks.

Dalia, suji both are not gluten free. Coconut oil or home made ghee can be used for cooking. Fruit juice should not be given.. Instead give fruit slices...
