Shadow teacher needed for 3.6 years boy. He has ADHD symptoms

Dear madam/ sir, My son is 3.6 years old. Due to various reason he is a bit below in learning from his age group and also having symptoms of ADHD. The daycare staff suggested me to appoint a shadow teacher for him to make him ready to proper schooling. We are living in Bangalore. Kindly suggest any way to find one good shadow teacher for him.
