Speech Delay & hyperactivity

Hi Aanchal,
Have just joined the group today. I am mother of 2.8 year old son, he is currently going to play school & day care in Bangalore nearby to my house. He started going to this school when he was 1.4 years old. He is very hyperactive ,restless & fidgety & has speech delay too. He cannot sit at one place for more than few seconds or minute & same is complaint from the play school too. He has recently started to pick up words however there is no clarity in speech. He is able to communicate to us by actions & few words but the speech is very unclear. I am really trying to speak to him as much as possible, please guide & help.
