Need suggestion on how to start my jewelry making business

Hi friends , I am new to this forum, and I m very much excited to join in this forum. I love to make jewelry's with mixed materials like beads, glass, string, wire , clay etc .
i will appreciate if someone could help me in giving some valuable suggestions on how to start business , requirements, budget, marketing etc . I m planing to move to pallikaranai, chennai and I really don't know the current status about that area for these business or not?... So hope someone will provide some of their views and suggestions on this...
