The two medical institutions were in the news recently for their illegal demand of capitation fees. But, many schools in Chennai city receiving capitaion fee in the name of admission fee and they are bold enough to issue even receipts for the same. For example I heard the chettinad vidhyashram school is receiving Rs.50, 000/- and PSBB Millennium is receiving Rs.30,000/- for admission. Is there no law to curb this menace? What about other schools? Lets share our opinions.
