I was just looking for information supporting why doctors say we should not give regular milk to infants less than 1 yrs. I thought I should share it. Here it is:
Protect your baby’s tender kidneys from cow’s milk. It contains 3 times more protein and sodium than breast milk.
So, infant formula takes care to keep the protein & sodium levels comparable to the mother's milk so its the nearst equivalent.

Hi Soorya,
Solid food should not be started for a baby below 6 months. You can introduce somethings when he is 5+ but 4 months is too young. Please consult your doctor and the child could be lactose intolerant. My kid had the same problem so i used to give her Soy milk. But pls talk to your doctor before starting anything.

you must not introduce regular milk to infants below 1yr. That's what the doctors say. Also soozi is too heavy for a 4month old to digest. Glucose biscuits are too high in sugar and infants cant handle it and they will become very cranky and will be very bad for them.
You should consult the doctor. My understanding is the infant is lactose intolerant. You will have to find a lactose free milk supplement made for infants. you will find it in the kidz shops depending on where you are located or the doctor will suggest what's best for the infant depending on availability.

You can give mashed banana also.Try one thing at a time. Not all at once.Start giving only one thing for one week. Then gradually you can try other things.

Mix 1 or 2 spoon soozi in a 1/2 cup -1 cup of hot milk & add sugar also.Let it cooked for 2-3 mins till it becomes thick. You can stir it continously to avoid any lumps. It will become like cerelac.

You can give boiled potato mashed in curd, water of cooked moong Dal,fried rice.

I used to give 1-2 glucose biscuits(3-4 also depends how much he digest) mixed in milk.
