Our entire family loves Hippocampus. We live far away and still try and make it there. We use their library. They have a great collection of books and DVDs. If you compare it to a U.S. public library, you might be a tad disappointed but there are lots of books and their weekend activities are very good and popular. The library membership does not come cheap but we feel overall it's worth it. Because it is good for kids to see kids read, and there are many big books that you might not buy easily and once they start reading, it is really good to expose them to different books which might be available locally as well. We love the ambiance and I take my own book and flop on the comfy beanbag, maybe even nap a little while the kids busy themselves with books and puzzles.
