New Flats near Banerghatta Road

Hi All,

I'm looking for a new flat (under construction) near banerghatta road which is near to hospitals n circumference of 4-6 kms. frm gud school like Kumarans,PSbb etc..its really gud, If project completes by May or June 2011.Plz let me knw abt such projects..There sud b amenities like park,children play area n other amenities in tht project..preferrable if BDA approved..

Hi all,

My Flat at Janhavi Shelters is for rent.
Its a 2 BHK (Semi-furnished) in Akshaya Nagar, Near Bannerghatta Road.
I am moving out of bangalore so want to give it for rent ASAP.

Hi Neets,

Hopefully we should have the bus coming through begur road behind the apartment. I'll also try putting my son in BGS nxt year.

Hi Abhi,

janhavi shelters will give possession in Sep-oct only. After coming there u can think of Euro Kids that is near by only.

My daughter is going to BGS NPS in PP1 this year, u can also try this for next year. Currently she is going by school bus only and they said that it goes to Begur road. for the exact location i have to talked to them after shifting there. I hope it will come :)

Hi Neets,

I have also booked a flat with janhavi shelters. my son is just 2 yrs 1 month currently i'll be putting him in some playschool in banshankhari but as the possesion looks like should be available by oct-nov now could u advice me on some schools. Am thinking bout BGS and PSBB and also on the transportation part thats really bothering me :(. Any suggestion would be welcome

hi minny,
amenities include children park, pool, backup and other common things
that every else give.
they dont have any shopping complex, it is a project of 153 flats, not too big project

hi,
you can check JANHAVI SHELTERS of Janhavi constructions. I have also booked a flat in this and they will give it by August 2011. It is very near to BGS NPS.

the area near apollo and fortis hospital is quite nice..many new shops, close to shoppers stop, close to PSBB. there are many mantri, purva and shobha buildings in that area..but most of them are 2-3 years old..some new projects are also under process..especially behind the apollo hospital..may be you can go and check once.
