Try joining a library nearby (like justbooks) and you will have more choices

My son has been reading and doing activities in MagicPot for past 2 years. It keeps him really busy and it interests him a lot. This year I wanted to try some other magazines as well, so I have done a search and found out the following:

1. subscribed for DimDima (A magazine from bal bhavan)

2. Toot is another magazine for this age group. But  it is no way comparable to MagicPot. It is expensive but contents are not worth the amount we spend.

3. Junior chandamama is another choice.

4. Young scientist magazine from chennai seems to be catering to ages from 4 -12 or so. Iam yet to try this.

5. He is a member in JustBooks. It is really nice to have this membership in libraries as we need not buy too many story books. If you find it difficult to go and pick up books from library, you can try Hippocampus where you can select the books online and they will deliver it at your doorstep.

Hope this helps.
