What are the probiotics available in India. The doc has advised us not to give him any diary products (so that also includes curd). So apart from curd, what are the other probiotics available in India.

for kids,probiotics are available in powder form in sachets,just mix with water/juice and administer.Common brands include bion,bifilac.Liquid form is available from sanofi-enterogermina, easier to give.pl check with yr pharmacist.

I used to give enterogermina sometimes. I found this product at a local pharmacy in Chennai-http://www.viridian-nutrition.com/productdetails.asp?ProdID=465. Do you think its fine to give this? My kid is 2.1 years old.
