Brahma Sun City Property is good enough (ofcourse every thing comes with its pros and cons). The society is spacious and has good number of inhouse facilities. The linkage road to main Kalyani nagar is an issue since the road is very narrow (~2 km stretch) and it getd painful sometimes. The flats are built up quite good with a good spacious design and good quality (except the toilet commodes which keep breaking down).
There should be enough flats availabe for rent - ~15K for 2 BHK (although I am not too sure about this amount - depends upon how the owner has maintained it and so on..)
The other good areas/localities which are in close proximity are Hermes Heritage (Shastri Nagar) and Viman Nagar area.

The paediatrician we had for our son here in Chennai was very very good and moved to Pune some years ago. I can give u her email id if you are interested. I don't know which part of Pune she is in, but you can may be write to her and ask. She may be able to help in some way.

Hi,
I make sure to go to good hospitals, and do not rely on private doctors much.
Jehangir and Ruby hospitals are excellent. From there then you can choose the best doctor you encounter and visit him/her in their clinics.
ALso I have found perception of doctors is varied.
Dr Ganla is excellent in Viman Nagar.
Dr. Paradkar at Shree Hospital , Nagar Road is very good.
Dr Hanumante at Ruby Hall is my kids doctor.

Hi Madhuree, Could you provide Dr Ganlas number. We tried for Dr Paradkhar. He too is not available in shree hospital.
