Recently one my friend told me that he asked to pay Rs 75,000 cash as a donation for admission in LKG in Sherwood Hall, Chetpet.

Marharshi, chinmaya schools took Rs 30000, in SBOA i supoosed if filled Rs 35-40000, admission will be confirmed. As compared to these school, how is sherwood hall in terms of education and other activities ?

Admission in chnmiaya already over, those ur already selected, have paid rs 30000 there.
ask them abt unofficial amount nobody will disclose that

its true...coz few parents i know, they have got admission in maharshi after paying 30k....no surprise, but ur name should have to be in selected list. Dont have any idea how much they r asking after admission.
I have put my son in Maharishi and they didn't ask a penny more than what they had put-up in the notice board. (30000 towards their residential school and 20560 towards fees). Not even a rupee more. And I didn't have any recommendation.
My son's name didn't figure in either of the two published list. I kept following up with the school and was called when there were some drop-outs.
all the talk of unofficial donation in Maharishi is pure rubbish. Let us not foul mouth the school.
u are one of the few lucky guys who have got inside. but there are many brokers involved. yeah thats there nobody would like to speak the truth. and moreover maharishi i even tried and the teacher appreciated my child knowledge for reason unknown i never received any intimation............this was last year. if u want i can give u many parents email id who can vouch my arguements
