Did the school started posting the letters? Did anyone recieve them? If so, please let me know when? I hope I have not missed reciving it.

Yes, i called the school yesterday and they told that the letters were dispatched on Tuesday the 20th...so we can expect the letters any time soon. If anybody wants to check again via phone you can call this number 080-22266825.
I dont know if they are announcing the same on their notice board, which would have been too good so that we could have straight to school to see the results.
Trust me, i never waited for my 10th results like this one...

was in the same boat as all of u, this time last year. my daughter has just finished a year at sophias...all the best 2 all...last one year has ben a great experience for my daughter ...its a great place for yr daughters..can count yrself very lucky if yr wards make it there..
Hello, Can some parent from last year please help me with my queries?
Do we need to have all the documents requested by the school?In my case I do not have a ration card nor are the electricity, water,gasbills are on our names....please help....

congratulations! its not essential that u need all the documents..but you will have to show clear proof of residence..i didnt have lic policy or ration card nor was my passport address same as my bangalore address...however, i had telephone bills ..i too didnt have water/electricity bills.. they are very strict abt address proof and they check the documents in detail...
Only the good news is intimated by the school or every applicant gets the letter?

called up school and informed to wait until 29th March...few parents of the kids in the play school my daughter goes received letters...Just hoping for the best :)
@usharun all of them who received the letters are selected? just wondering if the non selection is informed or not!
I also called up the school this morning they told me to wait till 29th Mar 2011 & if still letter is not received then I should come to the school on 30th Mar.
So will wait till 29th & will go to school on 30th Morning. Many of my childs Play group Treehouse students got the letter but my child is still waiting hope for good.

i recevied the letter today, its not a good news for my daughter....she is not shortlisted....i went to school to check for the reason and they said that they cannot reveal the details....
So my daughter continues in Eurokids for another year
Sorry to know this Shailen, few of my daughters play group children have received letters, of which 3 selected, 2 are rejected and 3-4 of us still awaiting for the letter...btw Shailen which Eurokids branch your daughter goes...
I also received the letter my child is not selected so very sad today, so rushing to other school in R T Nagar for admission.

Hello, my daughter too didnt get lucky... but 3 kids in her play school have got in :)
i dint get the letter even today...never been so frustrated in my life!!
same with me...I stay in RT Nagar and have been speaking to the Postman everyday. I still havent recieved the letter.
@ divyapallavalli yes, i do stay in sahakar nagar, and i got the letter on Friday itself. however he had thrown it as he wish.
They send it via normal inland letter through normal post, those guys will never hand it to the owners, so i would say check with the local post office our look around your house.
My letter was in the flower pot and i got it on Monday luckily.

hi Shailen i hav started making trips to post office but my letter has nt come...my daughter goes to First Steps, yelahanka.
I cant believe he was so irresponsible to throw it somewhere like that considering we hv been waiting for that for the past 2 months!!!

No luck for me today as well. Postman says "no letter" for you.

satyap hi don worry u r not alone, i dint receive the letter too...some postal glitch...there are some handful of parents who hav nt recieved the letters like u n me...so the school has asked all of us to come n meet a lady called sister selene on 3rd april...we ll get to knw the results then...u better call up the school n confirm!...good luck
@divyapallavalli i guess you are right. For nursery classes there are no bus provided by the school, so they think we stay far away and they have not shortlisted my daughter.
@shailen - There are few private vans running for sophia's so parents can check with the van drivers outside the school.......
@ shonachintu - when is the admission starting and what will be they checking during the admission, any ideas?!!!! or any parents help people on this......
Admissions are starting from the 16th of April...there is a big list of documents requested..(some thoughtful parent has already listed them in the previous pages and in brief the entire admission process too is mentioned in the post...) Hopefully we will have the same process this year too...
