Student Teacher Ratio - Page 1

Does anyone have any idea abt student teacher ratio in Mumbai schools?

I have noticed that it ranges from 60 students to one teacher to 20 students to one teacher. Personally I feel a child should be made to feel important- should have a sense of self esteem and pride which can come about only with attention both at school and home. In schools where the ratio is say 1 is to 60 obviously this may not be possible. Hence parents must support the child academically as well as psychologically at home.
