Feedback on IDA Preschool in Gurgaon. I had the worst experience at the IDA Summer camp.Not. Only were they terribly disorganized, the attitude of the Head was dismal and shocking. She was arrogant and rude, not at all open to suggestions to improve. When I pointed out that I have received mixed reviews yet wanted to try out the school as I had liked their brochures and set up, her response was to tell me I shouldn't have come if I had heard negative feedback. The staff was not at all paying attention to toddlers (for who they had organized a summer camp among other age group) and had left them alone, unattended. When pointed out, they seemed oblivious to the danger they had put the little children in, dismissing genuine parental concern with a callous attitude.
