Right Age for LKG Admission in Chennai - Page 1

Hi,

My son is born on 26 February 2010. By February 2013, he will be completing 3 years. I am not planning for any Pre KG. I am planning for LKG directly next year., ie after completion of his 3 years.

What is the minimum age required for LKG admissions in chennai.

Will i face any problem at the time of admission due to the age factor or absence of Pre KG study.

Also do let me know whether Pre KG is must. He is spending time with grand parents and we are teaching him regularly at home. Is Pre KG really a value addition?

I am yet to decide the school also. I am based out in Madipakkam, Chennai.
