Hello everybody..am a new member.I would appreciate if I can get some suggetsions from parents who have handled teaching writing to left handed children(beginners)...any special tools used,their progress over the years,any good Indian website handling this issue.

word of caution: though there are special pencils for left handed kids available in the market, not all left handers need them..many kids in fact find such writing tools very difficult to hold (and also feel 'different' from other kids)..most left handers can use the regular notebooks, and pencils easily..also, since these tools are available more on e-shops and less in our stationery shops, its not a good idea to use such tools, unless advised by a special educator/ occupational therapist who has seen your child, as the dependence on such tools may cause problems in the long run.
