Good schools in south bangalore - Page 1

 Dear parents,

We are moving back to bangalore from US in coming february or march 2013.I have twin daughters who are 6yr 2mths old now.We would be staying in south bangalore..Wanted to know about the schools there,heard kumarans school is good..But is it hard to get admission there??

1.Which other schools are good??When should i start contacting them??

2.When do they start giving applications??

Also if any of your kids is studying in 1st grade,please let me know the CBSE syllabus,like what they are upto in math and english??Have they started languages like kannada and hindi?

Please share your inputs with me,as it will be helpful to find a good school

The following are some good schools in south bangalore which am aware of..

1) BGS-NPS  (CBSE -- XSEED curriculum).. considered to be very good school in terms of studies.. The admission starts from August for the coming year ie 2013.

2) PSBB-LLA .. (not sure of the syllabus followed... but has good reputation).

3) SAMHITA ACADEMY (CBSE -- XSEED curriculum).. am happy with the school as the teachers are very co-operative and they gel very well with the children and parents.. 

There are other schools like DPS, Sherwood High etc.. which you can also check out...

What is the age criteria there?

would they do the admission without kids?

The admissions would be be open around august or september.. you can check with the school regarding that..

The age criteria is also mentioned in the site i think...

yes, the admission can be done without the kids present there.. as even my daughter attended a skype interivew with the principal when we were at pune..(for admission in bangalore)  so if you can tell them the situation they would be ready to help you out..
