Challenges of working from home - Page 1

Dear All ,

I am a mother to 1 year 2 month old baby boy. I have taken a break from full time office and plan to start working from home for 3-4 hrs a day. I would request all mothers who have , had an experience of working of home with a child of this age to share their experiences. Is it extremely tough to manage ? Is it possible to work from home without taking any external support (read maids /babysitters/day care ) to take care of our child ?
