All lined up for a test next to a tree.
Their performance was to be judged by a single test.
Who could climb the tree fastest ?

yes very much!!! there is nothing seperate to measure out each ones individual strengths...the measure is only academics.

Would like to throw some light here. Until recently i was of the belief that it is not possible to measure individual strengths objectively. But when i attended a proramme called MAP-Measuring Attitudes and Personality organized by Oscar Murphy International i discovered how it is possible to assess every individual for their strengths and areas of improvement. There are a group of psychometric assessments exclusively for children (above 8 yrs) and adults. It was a revelation.It was better than any horoscope my family astrologer gave me. Because i knew my strenghts i knew what i should concentrate on and what i should overcome.It was a life changing experience!
