Well realised don't have a intro on this forum.... well mother of a 22 month boy, almost 10yrs of business planning and strategy experince, currently working from home, nuclear family and no full time maid (where do u get good ones!!!!! work had been a priority till my son came and suddenly reaslied all my frind circle was primarliy office driven so and then reloacetd to mumbai!!!! so really looking froward to a good circle to share serious discussion and of course the girlie fun!!!

u seem to hav a long stint in the strategising world of business ...thats cool.....me too wrkd fr a long time as a trainer after my mba frm delhi.....born brought up there.......married fr gud 7 yrs nw 2 kiddies......nw in the family business......and believe me ramninder finding full time must be difficult bt bearing them round the day is more challenging......u knw he these women rob u of privacy......keep a 12 hr maid let them get lost to their own homes.....n get some fresh air fr yrself.......me too moved to mumbai 6 mnths bck.....so ver r u from and hw long u hav been here......u sure wud hav grt fun here.......chk my pics on fb just arranged a mumbai mother kids meetup on the 24th last mnth ....it ws one helluva of time....venue ws my place......they wer my friends frm sapphire too....n the pt gang itself........we had kept the theme of art craft fr kiddos...though they wer busy making merry on their own.........i did mother toddler session wth serra international preschools in nov dec last....there they had gvn us huge inputs fr toddler activities so that really came handy........frwrding u my no...cal me anytime.......tc

i know and totally agree with ur view on 24 hrs and 12 hrs maids . had a great one from the time aarul was born but had to elave for house problems, the kept eavluatinga nd now used to the sapce i and aarul share and don't want disturbance!
I am currently working on some assignment from home, helping someone launch a business... Avni mentioned some kids mom prog maybe you referring to same one planning to go there on monday.
sure no more banging lets plan the knock out now :)))...............if driving is not problem fr u ...i guess 1 kid so little more freedom....u shud go for andheri west mother toddler shall frwrd u details.....there is nothing more enriching then this center......
french classes fr kids above 3 ....conducted by experts in language education in kandivali lokhandwala...................interested parents can let me know on this thread..............starts june

most welcome chanchi.....sure u wud get some like minded ppl here.....i am a mother to 2 kids 3.5 and 1.5 girl n boy.....been a trainer n recruiter at one point.....nw into an ngo profile .....:)...life keeps exploring and that wot is interesting bit abt it.....me n social service wud hav nvr thought 20 yrs bck....bt i guess it gives the best feeling in this world other than ofcourse seeing yr children happy.....

thanks for a warm welcome.... i am in borivali post my marriage... born nd bought in mumbai ... schoolin frm St joseph's juhu nd graduated frm bhavans...what abt u... which ngo are u associated with... my son is 3 .. he will go to JBCn in borivali from june..ur elder one is in which school.. .... i read abt da french class.. do let me knw more abt it....

ngo is nainital chanchi...caters to women empowerment n providing them employment.....for the kids we collect old toys clothes books and donate it to them.....i get the women to make organic stuff for me out of herbs grown in my farm out there.......market it here and in delhi.....i am born brought up in delhi so v familiar wth everything out there....did my schooling college frm du and my mba too......its only 6 mnths back moved to mumbai......yr son wud be in nursery in jbcn???....i did enquire they dnt hav seats fr jr kg.....i hv been researching a lot of new age as well as legacy schools......the french class is an imm's graduate intiative she has been in the trade fr long and has experts wth her....i hv been teaching shambhvi the basics already since last 3 months.....nw these guys wud get a grp together and more child centric approach....i guess every penny spent wud be worth it......i shall keep u posted on it......children can learn upto 22 languages easily tilll they r 6 wch in itself is quite something so dnt want to miss this opportunity of letting my girl to be multi lingual......:)....by the way i ws an hr person too fr gud no of years prior to marriage was a trainer fr soft skills lang fr 4 yrs wth airtel n training institute then moved to running my own institute fr the same fr gud 4 yrs all in delhi.....seems like a long note shall hav a tete wth u later......kiddos calling .......bye.....
@travellermum - grt work... do let me knw if you need any help here for da ngo...Rushil will go to nursery in jun.... i knw abt their language skills... i get amazed by their observation nd learnin capabilities... jus needs sum direction... I was also training for soft skills as a part of my job... keep me posted on da french class as well....

wow chanchi nice to knw we cum frm the same trainer trainer family i guess it enhances yr grooming skills wth the kids sure shall keep u posted right nw holidaying in nainital since a month now shall be bck in june wen school reopens fr my daughter i hv enrolled my second one too in a playschool june onwrds
