I just wanted to share this info.Last week we celebrated my kids birthday and "PopKorn" Event Planners,Chennai helped me in organising it .Quite innovative and budget fit event it was.I can give u the contact details if someone wants.

PopKon 's no:9282161316.They helped me with decoration,games,gifts.I managed to arrange snacks from Padmashri Foods (Shoba gave me the address details above),veg roll was yummy..kids loved it and few items i bought from adyar anandha bhavan (bit costly).Had real fun party in our terrace!

The Popkon ppl also suggested few caterers,u can contact them.

My Kids bday party was a simple one in our apartments terrace.I invited my neighbours ,around 30 ppl ,lot of kids (18 kids ).i approached Popkon party planners to entertain and engage kids especially.When i approached Kanchana Patti nearby my home they quoted Rs8000 without any special events (just for venue,2 games,2 snacks,already decorated hall).Any thing spl like invitations,return gifts,magic show,tattoo works,puppet...all these seperate charges they said.I also approached lollypop party planners who quoted 7800 rs.Hansel and gretel T-nagar quoted 250 rs per head(without any spl things).I found everything out of my budget.One of my friend told about Popkon and they were really flexible.Came out very customised,asked me how exactly i want the party to be.I said i wanted it to be simple but thorough fun(since i got shocked with earlier high priced quotations).

Finally for deco in terrace,music,4 games( 3 for kids,1 adult),tattoo,face painting ,simple paper invitation,cake,return gifts,3 snacks (i rember padma shree has snacks ,cakes..snacks one piece from 15 rs to 50 rs diff varieties they have).Infact Popkon helped in getting snacks delivered to me (they bargained).I ve approx spent Rs 6800 totally,but am happy Popkon offered more than what other ppl i enquired with.Invitation was the freebies that i got.But Shah i think the rate depends on where ,how  u ld like to have ur party nd other snacks details..I ll try to  attach my kids photos .Catch u later bye...

I browsed through the net for some vent management for my kid's First Bday and happen to go through the details given by Ms Anjali.I contacted Pop Kon events and they made the show lively and it was so entertaining from decoration,Magic show,event managemnets for kids till end of giving gifts to the kids.I liked their way of organising the party.

Confetti Party Planners also can be contacted for any  birthday party.. they work out themes and provide solutions for budgets be it from invites, location, food , cutomised cakes according to the theme or additional attraction like magic show, tatoo, face painting, balloon sculpting, cartoon characters, photo standee.. games.. etc

Thanks Parentree members for guiding me on this. I never went for an alternative after seeing the response for Popkon. As mentioned, they started off well with a magic show by a Nice Magician. Each one of us enjoyed. But the moment the Girl (not even a responsible lady) enter the stage to conduct games to kids people started to murmer "somthing messy". Unfortunately the person who was in contact with me since my enquiry Ms. Vijayalakshmi left just before the Girl enters the stage(meaning Viji already knows about her and left just like that) which alone hurts. Even the next day I tried to contact to give my feedback on this. She refused to pick her phone or even to call back. My sincere advise for those who wish to opt for Popkon is that, Sit face to face with the contact person and discuss with them what they are going to do on that day. More particular, WHO is going to host the show. and if they are reluctant to say , just hold on the the remaining payment till the end of the show. And if you are satisfied just give them with a smile else give them after asking about the faults. I paid 8500 but only Magic show and tatoo was the Positive output and the much expected childrens and adults games was spoiled and I asked her to leave the place as soon as she started. I dont know about any other event management who can deliver better than this. Sorry if my feedback hurts some of the other members who strongly recommend Popkon. Thanks & Thanks Alot.
