well I m going out of town on 9th nov 2 our native place with my entire fly as my big big fly from in laws side is gathering so it will b fun n my lil one will meet many new relatives....................will b back in a week...........................
from sunday diwali starts fr us so its going 2 b fun doing rangoli.....dont know if my lil one will allow me 2 do it but I always do rangoli in diwali so dont wana break this trend...............lov the lights, diyas n dressing up part..hehehe

I lived all my life here...............my folks live in andheri n I stay in joint fly in kandivli...................my in laws take care of my daughter when I m off at work though I didnt work after her birth.......I hv just resumed work .............................so it was a bit difficult........she is 1 yr old .................................b4 her birth I worked fr a longtime so when I was at home for almost a year I was getting frustrated and besides I strongly feel we need 2 keep our identity.....................since I hv support at home its easier fr me 2 go................................I work in the event industry n fashion industry

weekend happens to be my mils bday ...My inlaws will be coming here next week n we will have diwali celebration at mumbai...my mil makes yummy Mysorepak...waiting for her to prepare n give...:)
hope al litl ones diwali vacation wil start this week......Some schools are already closed...my litl ones start from saturday....Have a kids day at off next week..shes al excited for that....

lovely idea 2 make diyas...........hey I used 2 do that all the time as a kid.....my mom used 2 get furious lol well cant wait fr my daughter to turn a bit older then mom n kid will paint diyas together.......................
well weekend I plan 2 make lot of variety fr diwali..........................do rangoli n do lot of lighting..............................this is my daughters 2nd diwali .......last yr she was way 2 small 2 enjoy but still I made ghagra choli fr her n dressed her up......................she was just 3 months n her size ka ghara were not avbl so I decided 2 make myself....................this yr she will enjoy seeing the lovely lights n crackers......................from our terrace u can see lovely crackers.....obviously I prefer the non noisy one's..........................so thats it visiting friends, family, all decked up n going out............looking forward 2 lot of fun........................caio fr now....................

HI everyone..
Have been trying to post since yesterday but my posts weren't showing up!
My diwali vacation has already started with a visit to my maika...son is enjoying immensely as he has many nanas and nanis, maasis and mamus to pamper him! :)
He will be thoroughly bored with me when we come back to Mumbai on Sunday...
Don't think will be able to do any elaborate diwali preparations this time...still might never know...might get something done if a sudden burst of energy strikes! :)
