Howz Bombay Scottish School Powai i mean academics,activities,teachers involvement etc..Does it have Playgroup or starts from Nursery.What is the age criteria.

Hi, my child is a student at Bombay Scottish Powai. The school is fairly good. There is a lot of emphasis on academics and there isn't enough extra-curricular activites for younger kids. The class size is around 45. Teachers are a mixed lot. Some very good. And some well... The set up is pretty structured though which is reassuring for parents of Jr KG kids. They have someone to accompany the younger kids right till class. This response is a bit late but thought I should post for whatever it is worth.
Hi Ms DSilva, Thanks for giving your reviews..My son is 2 yrs, 1 month old (March 2010 born) and enrolled in a playgroup. I’ve heard there is no nursery in Bombay Scottish. Does that mean my kid can get admitted in 2014-15 batch in Jr KG? Also please let me know, what is the admission criteria and is there a school bus available till Kanjurmarg?
