Recently I read in an article talking about video modelling as a tool to improve social skills for the children lacking it. According to this a small skit is enacted by two people focussing on the skill reqiured by the child. For example, if the child needs to be taught the behaviours to attend a birthday party, this will be enacted by two or more people and the child is made to watch the video number of times. I suppose this an alternative for the social stories and gets better understanding about the situation.
