Admissions in psbb omr road

I am relocating to omr road in chennai....can I get admissions in 6 std in psbb omr road in middle of the session.

Dear Parents of PSBBM,

Please let me know your opinion about the teachers and teaching methods followed at PSBBM. I end up spending min 2 hours with my kid everyday. They donât even teach the kids to read and write. All the responsibilities are passed on to the parents. Teachers expect the parents to teach and give practice to the children. All they do is give loads of home works and worksheets. Parents need to teach the kids. Then what is the point in sending them to school? We might as well teach them at home. MY SON HAS JUST NOT LEARNED ANYTHING FROM SCHOOL. We end up teaching him at home and making him do his work sheets.

They have already started noun, verb, adjectives, and prepositions for my 1st standard son. I am not sure if it is part of the 1st standard syllabus for CBSE or they are just trying to over load the kids and expect them to perform 3rd standard level in 1st standard itself. All they do is assign work and expect parents to teach as per the HW allocation.

If you donât know Tamil or Hindi then please opt out of this school. The schools support on second language wonât be enough for your child. Parent would have to teach their kids at home and if you do not â teachers would behave as if the child not performing well is not their mistake but the parents mistake ï

I would really like someone to define the teacherâs responsibility here.Please let me know you experiences... depending on that I need to decide my kid future.

Hi Deepthi Thanks for the inputs. Can you refer some contacts who have their kids placed in PSBB Millenimum so that I can interact and get more info regarding higher sections 3 and above..............

Hi Ganesh,
My kid is in psbb millenium. The website is www.psbbmilleniumschool.org
HUS is a new school started functioning from last year. It has got a very good name in the north. Haven't got much reviews about it. A Lkg parent said that they stress a lot on writing. It is a fully air conditioned school.the principal is good and is ready to answer all the questions. I don't have much idea about the higher classes.
In psbb Siruseri, there is only one section in higher classes. So the umber of students is 35. No transport facility available.

Hi Ganesh,
My kid has just started her school.she is in pre kg.there are other kids in class 5 & 4 whose parents are happy with their coaching and curricular activities. The transport facility is good as well. The attenders can be contacted anytime. One more thing by psbb omr , u mean psbb millenium right? There is one more psbb in Siruseri which is the original branch. Other school is hiranandani upscale school.

Hi Deepthi - Which std is your son or daughter into PSBB OMR? I am also relocation to OMR next year and looking out for some good CBSE schools around siruseri. How is their quality of education? Do they have enough faculities to take care of the children as they do in any other branches in the city. Happy to have your personal experience with PSBB.

The education is good... The teachers are friendly and there are periodic PTM....
