Hi Everyone,
I have recently joined this site. I have very bitter experience with Oakridge Franchise at Punjagutta. Firstly the teachers are not qualified as per the standards.
I had my son admitted in March 2012 had lots of bad experiences with the staff, I leave him in the morning at abt 9:30 and pick him up at 2:30. he hardly used to get his nappy change. I used to discover this when i came home and this happened for 5-6 days then I had to tell the teachers. the reason I was given for not changing the nappy was they have too many students for summer camp so the teachers were busy.
I wish hygeine would have matter to these educated teachers. another day my son had a bump on his forehead it was quite purple color. when i asked the teacher she said he was playing on a rocker he fell down, one more shocking incidient was when I came to pick him in afternoon his cheek was bleeding and the teacher said it was accidently scrached by her nail. When I saw her nail it was like doggy's nail. I was really upset to see where people who work in child care are suppposed to grow nails that long?
Saritha, who is the managing director of Punjagutta Oakridge Franchise is very rude dont know how to talk to parents, she reckons its a small incident. Now i dont want to keep my son in this childcare anymore but they would not refund the 6 monthly advance I already paid in April for June term.
Saritha also mentioned in the telephone conversation that what proof you have that the teacher scratched your son's cheek, If I tell my teachers not to accept this fact what wil you do. The teacher who scrached the cheeck is Meenakshi. I asked Meena to give a written apology she said what will you do with that, you cannot remove the mark on his cheek? The morons at Oakridge playschool are like uneducated ayaas. I am really really upset with their response.
Regards
