How much protein do Indian children need?

Indian children have differing protein needs based on their age.

1-3 years: 22 grams/day
4-6 years: 30 grams/day
7-9 years: 41 grams/day

10-12 years (Boy): 54 grams/day
10-12 years (Girl): 57 grams/day

13-15 years (Boy): 70 grams/day
13-15 years (Girl): 65 grams/day

16-18 years (Boy): 78 grams/day
16-18 years (Girl): 63 grams/day
