Hi all.. I had a c section 2 months ago and was blessed with a baby boy! I was already obese before pregnancy, but then after d delivery I have gained immense weight. Have no clue how to reduce it to keep myself healthy for my son! I would like to know if there is any good diet to follow which is not boring but effective. As m taking care of an infant, I do not have much time.so I need an easy diet! Any suggestions?

For losing weight, you don't have to do any diet. Just stay away from fried, sweet stuff and be happy. Keep patience and am sure you will lose weight quickly. Below are some links which might help.
