 Hi Friends,

I am a parent to my 2.5 year old son. I would like to give a balanced, natural, nutritious food.  Also, to try different but simple snacks recipe in everyweek discussion.

              I am giving him 150 ml, 6% fat milk @ 6 am, 1 egg, 1 idly/ 1/2 cup pongal/ 1 dosa/ 1/2 cup kichidi/ 1 poori, 1/4 cup curd in the breakfast, 100 ml diluted orange/sweetlime juice @ 11  am, 1/4 cup dal+veg rice, curd rice in lunch, 100 ml diluted apple juice @ 4 pm, 1/2 cup Manna health mix porridge with milk @ 6 pm or  rasam rice optionally and 150 ml, 6% fat milk @ 9 pm b4 bed.

Though i am trying to give diff things, this menu has become routine for my son most of the times.  I am awaiting to know the menu pattern of other kids or suggestion from other parents reg this...

at the age of 2.5 a child may have more varied and relaxed menu..dont be too strict about the quantity and frequency.
